Gerber's Metolius "KIT" comes with a 4" drop Point skinning blade and the E-Z Open for making all your initial cuts on big game, fish and waterfowl.
By opening the skin from the inside-out you reduce the damage caused by cutting hair or feathers.  This helps keep the game meat cleaner and less damage due to over cutting with a standard blade.  Follow up with the drop point blade and your job is done.  This comes with a sheath designed to hold both knives.
