Will's Easy Beer Bread

Great addition to a bowl of soup.

Serves: 0

Ingredients

3 cups self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 12 oz. beer

 

Directions

Stir together and transfer to greased loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 375
degrees.

 

Footnotes

Lager beer works best, and at room temp. I like to serve this
along-side soup with some whipped honey butter.
