Orders / Shipping

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on what you have in your cart and shipping service you select.  You can estimate shipping and handling charges without making a purchase by adding merchandise to your cart and then clicking the link to estimate shipping charges at the bottom of the view cart page. 

Most domestic orders will arrive within 2 to 7 days depending on your location.  Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment and it is also available in the My Account section of the shopping cart.

International order delivery varies widely based upon your location and the shipping service you select.  First Class Parcel service can take 12-30 days to arrive in some locations.  Priority Mail is typically delivered in 6-10 days  We have no control over customs delays outbound or inbound.  VAT is not included in our pricing.  Make sure to include a current phone number so your customs office can contact you if necessary.

Rick Young Outdoors LLC reserve the right to terminate an order and refund payment to any customer  


Returns & Warranty

Customers dissatisfied with their purchase of the Ultra Light Harness or accessories from Rick Young Outdoors LLC products have 30 days to return for full refund less any shipping fees paid by the customer.  Any factory defects are 100% returnable for a replacement item of like kind.  Shipping the replacement item to the customer is at the expense of RYO.  

Warranty for the Ultra-Light Harness is 2 years with proof of purchase.  With standard of care and use applied any defects, excessively worn or defective hardware will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Rick Young Outdoors LLC

Retail stores who carry the Ultra-Light Harness are instructed to tell the end users (customers) to contact Rick Young Outdoors LLC for a warranty issue.

 Video Titles (DVD) are not returnable unless they are physically damaged in shipment and notice given to RYO within 3 days of receiving the DVD title. 

Damaged goods, do to the nature and use of all our products there is no extended warranty (except for the harness) other than if damaged during shipping it must be returned within 15 days for a replacement.  Buyer pays the return shipping unless he/she paid for insurance on the original shipping. RYO will pay for the replacement item to be shipped.
