There are several suspension systems on the market today for binoculars and range finders but none like this one. Watch the video provided and compare. The idea of having your bino's readily accessible is a good one, but traditional suspension systems are bulky and they stretch out and sag. Our USA mfg shock cord does not get soft and lose its elastic strength or memory. The shock cord grips or hugs your body and transfers the weight of your binoculars equally around your shoulder and chest without digging into your skin or body. Unlike the wide flat strap harnesses our round cord will not vibrate or flutter in the wind. After countless years of field testing and now thousands of happy customers I think it's safe to say that we have reinvented the bino harness from the ground up. Fast single point adjustment allows you to quickly fit the harness to your change of clothing. Never again will your binos be down at your belt line.

Advantages of the Ultra-light Bino Harness

  • Compact & lightweight
  • Wear 5 different positions
  • Stores tangle free wrapped back around your binoculars
  • Cool to wear - does not trap body heat and allows your body to breath
  • Virtually no wind vibration as experienced with flat strap type
  • Less strain when stretching Binoculars to view through yet extremely durable and firmly hold binoculars to your chest
  • Field tested for many years now and stretch cord does not lose its shape or effectiveness
  • Fasteners are of made of tested and proven composite

Just as simple and easy as it gets

Simple, very functional bino harness. Took it with me on the local 3D range easily moves out of the way and elasticity it amazingly responsive and seems to possess a memory. Looking forward to using it on a hike this weekend.

    Excellent Bino Harness

Lightweight, comfortable, easily adjustable and versatile. This harness replaced my stretched-out, tangly, webbing-style one. I'll never go back.

    Great!

I got these for my Nikon Monarch 7 8x30 binos along with an accessory clip. It works great for this weight/size of bino. I keep my Spuds lense cleaner on the accessory clip. I'll be ordering a second set for an older set of Bushnell Custom Compacts. I really like the fact that I can wind them around the binos and store them in their original bag.

    light, compact and super comfortable

Posted by Scott Barr on 4th Mar 2017

I have several pair of binoculars I use for hunting and hiking. I also have searched and bought many binocular harnesses and harness systems in pursuit of the perfect one. It took an adjustment in my thinking that I could actually spend less and get more with the simple solutions provided by the Rick Young system.

    great solution for camera

Posted by Kristen on 13th Feb 2017

My husband is constantly hiking and taking pictures. Carrying a camera on his hikes with a regular camera strap or bag (or stuffed into his backpack) has been quite cumbersome. So he was happy to get this harness (from me, as a gift) and pleased that it is flexible to allow him to take pictures without fiddling. A great product.

Ultra Light Harness does the job

Posted by Unknown on 2nd Jan 2017

The cord is very strong a has no problem holding up my Vortex 8x42. Not a problem in cold weather with a coat on but the thinner cord digs into your underarms in just a lightweight shirt. I do like the fact of the multiple ways that it can be worn.

    Surprisingly good

Posted by Peter Dedicoat on 24th Dec 2016

I've tried several harnesses over the years but never really liked them. I've been hanging binoculars around my neck for 50+ years and didn't see any need to change. I was given this Rick Young harness to try about 12 months ago and I've been using it ever since. I don't often wear it as a harness but that's the beauty of it - it's versatile and can be used in several different ways. The main feature is the elastic cord which somehow takes the weight away and I no longer have any problem carrying my Swarovskis all day.

best Bino Harness on the planet

Posted by Michigan Man on 23rd Dec 2016

This is the best bono harness on the market.
It can be worn 3 ways , when worn over both shoulders they will hang perfect for an all day spotting and collapses into your pack easy for storage. I will buy more and gift them too!
