There are several suspension systems on the market today for binoculars and range finders but none like this one. Watch the video provided and compare. The idea of having your bino's readily accessible is a good one, but traditional suspension systems are bulky and they stretch out and sag. Our USA mfg shock cord does not get soft and lose its elastic strength or memory. The shock cord grips or hugs your body and transfers the weight of your binoculars equally around your shoulder and chest without digging into your skin or body. Unlike the wide flat strap harnesses our round cord will not vibrate or flutter in the wind. After countless years of field testing and now thousands of happy customers I think it's safe to say that we have reinvented the bino harness from the ground up. Fast single point adjustment allows you to quickly fit the harness to your change of clothing. Never again will your binos be down at your belt line.

Advantages of the Ultra-light Bino Harness

  • Compact & lightweight
  • Wear 5 different positions
  • Stores tangle free wrapped back around your binoculars
  • Cool to wear - does not trap body heat and allows your body to breath
  • Virtually no wind vibration as experienced with flat strap type
  • Less strain when stretching Binoculars to view through yet extremely durable and firmly hold binoculars to your chest
  • Field tested for many years now and stretch cord does not lose its shape or effectiveness
  • Fasteners are of made of tested and proven composite

Patented design

    It's the real deal

Posted by Michael on 21st Jun 2016

I meet Rick at a show in Redding CA and after watching his demonstration I bought 2 pairs of the bino straps one for me and one for my dad. I had added two extra clips one on each side one for my GPS and one for my range finder I thought it would be way too heavy and bulky but it actually works really nice. I mostly bow hunt and with the different options and styles your able to wear them comes in really handy in different scenarios. I could imagine going back to my old bino strap. I could never get the old ones to fit right and then if you had to put a jacket on or off then you had to readjust the whole thing one side at a time ugh!. It was a never ending battle.

Thank you for coming up with such a great product.

The best bino strap on the market

Posted by Bob H. on 25th May 2016

I just received my 2nd strap last week which will go on a pair of Swarovski 15's. As a lifelong bowhunter I have been using the strap on a pair of Leica 10X40's for nearly 2 years now and they are awesome. They don't weigh anything and hold the binos securely against my chest during my many spot and stalks I do every year. Many of these stalks involve crawling and while I have tried using some of the popular bino cases that go around your neck none of them work for me as I'm crawling as much as I'm standing up straight and the cases just get in the way. Another thing is that every other strap I have ever seen, even those without a case gets hot. My early season hunting in Aug/Sept can often be in the 70-80's and the last thing I want is some bulky strap and harness around my back and shoulders. You can't go wrong buying these.

    GREAT HARNESS FOR BINOCULARS

Posted by Ron & Lynda on 17th May 2016

Ordered and recieved harnesses for both my wife and me just prior to our ten-day trip to Point Pelee, where they got a good test. They passed with flying colors. Easy on -- easy off. Versatile -- I use mine in "neck strap" mode because I carry a DSLR/telephoto-lens with a cross-body
strap. My wife used it in harness mode and loved it. The thing I most appreciate is the compactness, which allows
you to simply wrap it around your binoculars and stow them away in a bag without the extra clutter of more traditional straps. I can also commend Rick's fast service and his accomodating our special shipping request.

Best Bino Harness I've Ever Used!

Posted by Terry Brack on 13th Apr 2016

Over the years, I've used just about every bino harness I could get my hands on. I've used the optics manufacturer's included straps and harnesses, standard "X" fashion straps, Badlands' bino case, and most recently the S4 Gear LockDown. I have never been satisfied with any of them. I was always readjusting the straps or dealing with my binos flopping against my chest or hanging down and hitting the ground while trying to low crawl. Not to mention the additional weight / bulk of the Badlands and LockDown, and the added steps of getting to my glass and putting it away. A couple months back, by happenstance, I came across Rick Young's products. I watched all the videos and read any reviews I could find and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. This harness is something totally different than anything else I've tried. The weight is imperceptible yet it is strong enough to hold my heavy Leupold Gold Rings right where I want them - no more flopping around or slipping down. The harness even held up to the added weight of my GPS hanging from a dual attachment clip under my right arm. It's a snap to put on and adjust while wearing without having to be a contortionist. I wish I would have come across this sooner, I would have saved a bunch of money and hassle. I also picked up a neoprene cover and ultra-light bino cover. I keep the ultra-light cover clipped to the split-ring on my harness at all times and use the neoprene when I want the additional protection.

If I lose this one I'll buy it again

Posted by Steve Lair on 22nd Mar 2016

This is my 2nd UL harness. Somehow I left the 1st one at a hotel. I absolutely love it on my Swarovski 10 x 42 EL's and does double duty on my Cannon 70D. Light but supportive and can quickly move these optics into position or out of the way quickly. Exceptionally versatile. I love it.

    Works as advertised

Posted by Frank on 20th Mar 2016

This harness works perfect for my 5 year old grandson. I needed some kind of bino harness that could be adjusted to fit a child and this one fills the bill exactly. I'm so glad I found it. Worth every penny!

Skeptical at first but it's awesome

Posted by Unknown on 15th Mar 2016

I was skeptical at first, but I recently used the bino harness on a shed hunting trip and loved it. I thought it would dig into my shoulders and side after hiking all day so I brought my old bino harness. I didn't need my old bino harness at all. It was comfortable and didn't bother me one bit. I forgot I had it on. I noticed that my binos bounced a lot less. I also like how easy it is to adjust. My old harness had like 10 different places to adjust it. I also got the rangefinder attachment. I didn't take my rangefinder on the shed hunting trip, but I have used it with the bino harness during my archery shooting sessions and it has performed flawlessly. I really believe this is the best system for binos and rangefinder on the market and it's very inexpensive to boot! I laugh at guys that have a backpack for a bino bivy. I sweat enough with my actual pack, I don't need another one just for my binos to make me sweat even more.
