There are several suspension systems on the market today for binoculars and range finders but none like this one. Watch the video provided and compare. The idea of having your bino's readily accessible is a good one, but traditional suspension systems are bulky and they stretch out and sag. Our USA mfg shock cord does not get soft and lose its elastic strength or memory. The shock cord grips or hugs your body and transfers the weight of your binoculars equally around your shoulder and chest without digging into your skin or body. Unlike the wide flat strap harnesses our round cord will not vibrate or flutter in the wind. After countless years of field testing and now thousands of happy customers I think it's safe to say that we have reinvented the bino harness from the ground up. Fast single point adjustment allows you to quickly fit the harness to your change of clothing. Never again will your binos be down at your belt line.

Advantages of the Ultra-light Bino Harness

  • Wear 5 different positions
  • Stores tangle free wrapped back around your binoculars
  • Cool to wear - does not trap body heat and allows your body to breath
  • Virtually no wind vibration as experienced with flat strap type
  • Less strain when stretching Binoculars to view through yet extremely durable and firmly hold binoculars to your chest
  • Field tested for many years now and stretch cord does not lose its shape or effectiveness

    Ultra light Bino Harness

Posted by Mike on 12th Jul 2021

This is by far the best binocular harness I have seen or used. It is lighter and far more comfortable than harnesses that use straps or webbing. It also offers more carrying options. I would definitely buy this again if I needed another one.

    Best I've used

Posted by Greg on 22nd Jun 2021

I've used flat straps made from nylon/lycra that soon stretch to the point where my bins are bouncing near my belt. Rick's straps have not stretched out after three years. Not stretching is the main reason I like them. Bonus, Rick's straps are lighter and cooler too. They work so good I just bought two more sets to give as gifts.

    Ultra Light BINO Harness

Wasn't sure if I was to put my name or the item I purchased name in each box. However, I love the harness! Was referred to this harness by a birding friend. Works perfectly.

Basic Ultra-light Bino Harness is great

Posted by Mort on 24th May 2021

I've re-ordered enough of these now to outfit the entire family's binos with this Basic Ultra-light Bino Harness, we think it's great. High quality. We also like the olive color a lot. We've used similar but strap-based harnesses for many years, always thought they were great, but this is even better, no twisted straps to worry about, very easy to get in & out of. Also like the ease of adjustment and the options for different ways to wear it, good for when you want to share your binos.

Easy to wear, comfortable--no pressure on my neck.

Posted by Denise on 6th May 2021

These are great. They make packing and storing my bins easy and, even better, I no longer have issues with my neck from the weight. Also, because they're thin, they're just easier than similar designs which are made with straps, to manipulate.
